SnippetForge ("we", "our", "us") provides an AI-powered personalization snippet generation tool. By purchasing and using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

SnippetForge generates personalized cold email opening lines and landing page headlines using AI (powered by OpenAI). Users upload lead information and receive AI-generated text snippets. This is a one-time purchase product — each purchase grants a fixed number of snippet credits.

3. Purchases and Payment

All payments are processed securely through Dodo Payments. Prices are listed in GBP (£). By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the stated price. You will receive a license key granting access to your purchased credits.

4. License and Credits

Each purchase grants a non-transferable license to use a specified number of snippet generation credits. Credits do not expire. Licenses are for individual use — sharing or reselling license keys is prohibited.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the service for spam, harassment, or illegal purposes; (b) upload personal data that you do not have the right to process; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models; (d) automate access beyond normal usage patterns; (e) resell generated content as a service.

6. Data Handling

Lead data you submit is sent to OpenAI for processing and is not stored permanently on our servers. We retain order records and license information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. AI Output Disclaimer

Snippets are AI-generated and may occasionally contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all output before use. We do not guarantee specific reply rates, conversion rates, or business outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
