1. What We Collect

We collect the minimum data needed to provide the service:

• Email address — provided during checkout via Dodo Payments, used for license delivery and support.
• Payment information — processed by Dodo Payments. We do not store card details.
• Order records — transaction ID, plan purchased, timestamp.
• Usage data — number of generations, credits consumed, timestamps. No lead content is stored.

2. Lead Data You Upload

When you submit lead data (company names, roles, custom notes), this data is:

• Sent to OpenAI's API for snippet generation
• Not stored permanently on our servers
• Processed in transit and discarded after generation completes

We do not sell, share, or use your lead data for any purpose other than generating your requested snippets.

3. Third-Party Services

• Dodo Payments — processes all payments. Their privacy policy applies to payment data.
• OpenAI — processes lead data for AI generation. Subject to OpenAI's data usage policies.
• Vercel — hosts the application. Subject to Vercel's privacy policy.

4. Cookies

We use a single session cookie (sf_session) to maintain your authenticated session after license key entry. This is a strictly necessary cookie — no consent banner is required. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics cookies.

5. Data Retention

• Order and license records: retained indefinitely for support and accounting.
• Usage events: retained for 90 days for usage tracking, then deleted.
• Lead data: not retained beyond the generation request.
