Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with SnippetForge. If you're not happy with the product, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have used fewer than 10% of your purchased credits.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@snippetforge.com with your license key and the email used at checkout.
  2. Include a brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund.
  3. We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days.

What Happens After Approval

  • Your refund will be processed through Dodo Payments to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
  • Your license key will be deactivated upon refund approval.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • More than 7 days since purchase.
  • More than 10% of credits have been used.
  • Evidence of misuse or terms of service violation.
